Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Wolcott, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Wolcott, VT licensing for commercial roofing work.
Local Wolcott dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Most Wolcott flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Repair scope and pricing are explained clearly so you can plan around business operations.
Repaired seams are tested for a proper bond before we leave the site.
They tested the seam repair with water before considering the job done.
